The Board of Education provides fringe benefits to full-time staff members. The extent and nature of fringe benefits provided may vary by employee group and work schedule.
Insurance coverage for staff members includes:
MRTA Membership for Eligible Retirees
For the current school year, the District will provide an optional one (1) year membership in the Missouri Retired Teachers Association (MRTA) for all eligible retirees, including both certified and noncertified staff, who retire from the District and are otherwise eligible for MRTA membership.
Participation in this benefit is voluntary, and the District’s financial responsibility is limited to the cost of a single one (1) year MRTA membership per eligible retiree in the year of retirement.
