The Board shall adopt regulations for the following types of leave for District employees:
- Sick Leave
- Personal Leave
- Wellness Leave (discontinued as of June 30, 2003)
- Leave for Jury Duty
- Military Leave
- Family and Medical Care Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4321 - Family and Medical Leave)
- Domestic/Sexual Violence Victim Leave
