If an amount of a purchase is estimated to be $2,500 or less, the Superintendent/designee may obtain three (3) or more quotations for the purchase of the item(s) without advertising for bids. The Superintendent/designee will determine the best quotation with regard to price, quality of product, delivery and other factors. Records of all quotations will be kept on file for at least one (1) year after receipt.
