Rock Port R-II | R 4330 Holidavs and Vacation

The Board of Education will annually adopt a school calendar which establishes the school recess periods and holidays for staff members employed on a school year basis.

The following vacation schedule will apply to support staff members which are full-time 12 month employees:

1-2 years employment with the school district	5 days
2-10 years employment with the school district	10 days
11-14 years employment with the school district	12 days
15-20 years employment with the school district	15 days
21 or more years employment with the school district	20 days

All scheduled vacations will have the prior approval of the Superintendent.

Unused vacation days will not accumulate.

12 month full-time certificated employees will have 10 days of vacation unless specified differently in their individual contract(s).
