Payroll deductions may be made for the following purposes:

To meet legal requirements.

Insurance premiums charged by the insurance company which is currently providing coverage purchased by the School District.

Deductions for annuity contributions at the employee's option, provided however, that the payments are to be made to: (1) a company for which the school is currently making deductions; (2) the company with which the school has group health insurance coverage.
