The Board of Education shall adopt regulations for the following types of leave for District employees:
All leave including PTO and/or vacation must be exhausted before approval of unpaid leave is considered.
- Personal Time Off (PTO)
- Vacation
- Holidays
- Professional Leave
- Leave for Jury Duty
- Military Leave
- Family and Medical Care Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4321)
- Domestic/Sexual Violence Victim Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4322)
- Election Leave
- Leave to Vote
- Leave for Court Subpoena
- Firefighter Leave
- Crime Victim Leave
- Civil Air Patrol Leave
- Coast Guard Auxiliary Leave
