The Board of Education shall approve the official names of all school buildings/events. The Board of Education reserves the right to retain or change any names assigned to any school building, property or event. Even where a donation is made in exchange for naming rights, the Board may terminate the Naming Rights Agreement, without refund, if the namee engages in conduct which is inconsistent with the image and mission of the District. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to: association/advocacy of a hate group; use of controlled substances; multiple driving under the influence; conviction of a criminal act or a determination that the name has been found substantiated for child sexual or physical abuse.
