Resident foreign exchange (FE) students under the auspices of an organization or association accredited by the state and/or federal governments for that purpose may enroll in the School District and shall have all the rights and privileges of a resident student during the period of enrollment. The sponsoring organization must comply with the standards for FE programs as established by the U.S. Department of State and only those agencies that have been accepted for the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET) Advisory List will be recognized by the District.
