The tentative agenda shall be prepared for the Superintendent by the Monday preceding the Board meeting after consultation with the Board president. The agenda shall be approved as printed or modified by the president unless a motion to amend or adopt is made by a member of the Board. Once the agenda is approved, it shall require a consent of a majority of the Board members present to make additional modifications.

The Superintendent shall cause to be prepared sufficient copies of the tentative agenda to be distributed to persons in attendance at the Board meeting.

The agenda given visitors shall not include the exact subjects of executive sessions due to confidentiality and legal reasons; however, the president may state the general areas or topics to be discussed and/or decided.
