All members of the Board and their dependents as well as all employees of the District and their dependents will be admitted free to all activities sponsored by the Hallsville R-IV School District.

All senior citizens who are residents of the District shall be entitled to a special guest card which grants them free admittance to all local school sponsored activities. Cards shall be available upon request from the Superintendent or principal.

A senior citizen is anyone over the age of sixty-two (62).
