In order to provide educational experiences appropriate in all curricular areas, some positions held by certificated personnel will require responsibilities related to their discipline that are scheduled beyond the regular school day.  Extracurricular duties will be appropriately assigned by the District activities director and building administrators.  Performance of these duties will be included as a part of certificated staff annual evaluations.

A list of certificated positions, the corresponding extracurricular assignments and stipends will be published each spring prior to the completion of staffing assignments for the following academic year.  Certificated personnel may request a position reassignment if they are unable to fulfill all requirements of their current position.
